VICTORIA HAWKE
Associate Physiotherapist
Hi, I am Vicky Hawke and have worked at Dudley Physiotherapy Clinic since 2010. I also have over 25 years experience of working within the NHS working as an MSK Advanced Physiotherapist in both secondary care ( hospital based) and primary care ( GP based) health services.
I completed my undergraduate training at University of Birmingham in 2000, as well as my Masters in Orthopaedic Medicine in 2014.
I have vast experience in assessing and treating common and more complex MSK conditions including spinal pain ( back and neck ) and Sacroiliac joint ( SIJ) pain. A particular interest of mine is shoulder pain having spent several years working as an NHS Upper Limb Specialist Physiotherapist working alongside Orthopaedic Consultants.

My experience also includes treating and managing a wide variety of post operative and post trauma ( fracture and dislocations) injuries, as well as sports injuries, with over 10 years experience working for a local Rugby Union Team.
Post graduate training has been extensive and to name just a few includes McKenzie Training ( for managing spinal pain), Acupuncture, Pilates, Jo Gibson Shoulder courses, Howard Turner SIJ course, Sporting Hip and Groin, Knee pain and Strength and Conditioning. More recently I have attended talks on the role of exercise and the menopause.

Out of work I am passionate about exercise which currently involves strength training, running and yoga. Sport in general is also a passion, in particular rugby and football and when able I enjoy getting out in nature.

I really look forward to supporting our patients through any pains or MSK concerns you may have
